Monifa Maat is a certified fitness expert, nutrition activist and author of Bed Aerobics Fitness Flow™. Her mission is to inspire people to adopt simple, sustainable healthy habits that reduce chronic lifestyle diseases associated with obesity, heart disease, diabetes and stroke.

My personal training practice combines “fitness therapy” and motivation for a healing experience. My approach involves the use of fitness as therapy that is less focused on reps, sets, circuits, rounds, and timers and more focused on simply learning to listen to your body and follow what it tells you it needs to feel stronger and more revitalized.
