Greetings I am Certified Fitness expert and Corrective Exercise Specialist (National Academy of Sports Medicine) experience in the health and fitness industry. I am based in Manhattan with 2 locations where I train – Lower East Side at main location Southbridge Fitness Center and Upper East Side at Harlem HIIT. (highlight lower and upper with address and directions).

Helping to motivate people to be healthy is my passion.
